The staff was super friendly and efficient. The housekeeping was excellent. My room was always super clean. Breakfast was most enjoyable with a great selection of just about everything you could wish for! The beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

The elevator music played the same loop repeatedly. Though it became a bit monotonous.

The hotel has a great location. I walked to many places from there. Staff heard it was my friend's birthday. They organized a cake for her. I found them very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was average. It had no cappuccino. The coffee wasn't very good. It had no fresh juices, only industrial juices.

I DID find that not a lot of help was given with bags when i arrived late.
