The hotel has a great location. I walked to many places from there. Staff heard it was my friend's birthday. They organized a cake for her. I found them very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was average. It had no cappuccino. The coffee wasn't very good. It had no fresh juices, only industrial juices.

Acceptable Stay, Some Shortcomings

small room size tardy laundry service

The room size was smaller than I anticipated for the price point. I also found the breakfast options quite limited. The promised laundry service was not punctual. Items were not returned within the timeframe initially stated. This caused a slight inconvenience .
